- Develop and manage pricing strategies.
- Encourage team spirit and discuss performance periodically.
- Draft proposals to manage contracts and negotiations.
- Preserve and promote company standards by building a strong and self-sufficient commodity supply base.
- Collaborate with suppliers on improving quality.
- Alleviate risks and focus on developing supplier performance.
- Assists in keeping project within budgeting guidelines.
- Instruct and support trainees on commodity sourcing.
- Supervise supply quality and feedback.
- Inculcate extensive knowledge on commodities and their sales and purchase.
- Develop and maintain business communication with suppliers regarding their concerns.
- Encourage staff to design novel techniques for commodity sourcing.

**Job Type**: Contract
