Reporting to the Snr Global IT Director, the Transformation Program Manager will drive the transformation of ASM’s infrastructure to enable the business transformations. The Infrastructure Transformation Program consists of multiple workstreams:

- ASM Cloud Strategy - onboarding AWS Cloud ; Azure
- Business Driven Infrastructure transformation - S4, Data lake, Low Coding platform, ML and AI
- CX/ EX - HPC, VDI, Security
- Emerging Technology
- Strategic Partnerships with vendors
- M&As, PMIs

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the US IT Lead to establish the US Infrastructure Team
- Lead and manage a global infrastructure transformation program to develop and maintain global infrastructure strategies and designs.
- Understand and review new technologies and integrating these technologies into a strategic roadmap that closely aligned with business requirements and improved capabilities.
- Manages the portfolio of infrastructure assets and services from purchase or adoption through retirement.
- Work with Global Infrastructure Engineering lead to identify alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches to ensure optimal performance and to meet business needs.
- Manage the vendors and partners for Infrastructure contract management.
- Drive and manage complex project/s throughout the global enterprise, leading project team members in the design, development, and delivery of technology and business solutions
- Work closely with the sponsors, resource managers, vendors, business and IT team, senior management and executives across different time-zones.
- Manage the infrastructure Project Managers to build schedules, establish communication plans, manage risks/issues, and measure or report project results
- Facilitate creative efforts to resolve issues and develop quality deliverables to achieve corporate objectives
- Partner with stakeholders and teams to prioritize project requirements and issue resolutions to ensure successful delivery of project scope
- Provides a single point of contact for project/s
- Drive projects from original concept through final implementation, and smooth handover to on-going support team.
- Drive the requirements gathering, defining functional/systems dependencies and managing the system/(s) implementation.
- Responsible for the supervision of work stream leads and to ensure that all projects are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements.
- Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including key-users, cross functional departments, external consultants and key stakeholders.
- Lead project team members located in multiple countries
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, or related discipline with project management focus
- Minimum 10 years working experience, with last 5 years in active project management roles
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 full global project implementation life cycles.
- Experience in working on global multi-cultural projects and successfully delivering projects in overseas locations
- Experience with requirements gathering, customer or stakeholder relationship management, issue and risk management, project and organizational change management and IT vendor and partner management with implementation.
- Familiar with wide range of technologies;. Microsoft Products (AD, Exchange, Lync, Azure), Virtualization (MS HyperV, VMWare),, Hyperconverged technology (Nutanix), Networking (LAN/WAN and Security-related (IAM, MFA, WAF, DRM, DLP)
- Ability to influence, enable and assist new initiatives to take advantage of new architecture and designs.
- Strong Project Management experience, with PM Certifications (PMI, Prince 2 or equivalent).
- Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering Domains would be a bonus.
