Dental Clinic Receptionist (Front Desk) — 5-Day Roster

Schedule (Rostered 5 Days/Week)
- **Two weekdays**: 8:30am - 9:30pm (≈11.5 hrs each, includes breaks)
- **Two weekdays**: 8:30am - 5:30pm (≈8 hrs each)
- **One weekend day**: 8:30am - 5:30pm (≈8 hrs)
- **Rest days**: ~8 days/month (roster)

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients, handle check-in/out and manage appointments
- Register and update patient records; ensure accuracy and confidentiality (PDPA)
- Coordinate with dentists/assistants on room turnover and patient flow (non-clinical admin support)
- Issue invoices/receipts and assist with basic billing/claims as required
- General front-desk administration and other duties assigned by the clinic

**Requirements**:

- Prior **front desk / admin / customer service** experience (healthcare/dental front office is a plus)
- **Proficient in English** for patient communication and documentation; ability to converse in **Mandarin** is an advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking patients _(not a hiring preference)_
- Computer-literate; experience with clinic/dental software or appointment systems is an advantage
- Service-oriented, organised, able to multitask and follow clinic SOPs
