Dental Clinic Receptionist (Front Desk) — 5-Day Roster

Salary: S$3,000/month (basic)

Schedule (Rostered 5 Days/Week)

  • Two weekdays: 8:30am – 9:30pm (≈11.5 hrs each, includes breaks)
  • Two weekdays: 8:30am – 5:30pm (≈8 hrs each)
  • One weekend day: 8:30am – 5:30pm (≈8 hrs)
  • Rest days: ~8 days/month (roster)

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients, handle check-in/out and manage appointments
  • Answer phone/email/WhatsApp enquiries and provide basic service information
  • Register and update patient records; ensure accuracy and confidentiality (PDPA)
  • Coordinate with dentists/assistants on room turnover and patient flow (non-clinical admin support)
  • Issue invoices/receipts and assist with basic billing/claims as required
  • General front-desk administration and other duties assigned by the clinic

Requirements

  • Prior front desk / admin / customer service experience (healthcare/dental front office is a plus)
  • Proficient in English for patient communication and documentation; ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage to serve Mandarin-speaking patients (not a hiring preference)
  • Computer-literate; experience with clinic/dental software or appointment systems is an advantage
  • Service-oriented, organised, able to multitask and follow clinic SOPs
