Singapore CAMP CHALLENGE PTE LTD Full time

**Basic Function**:

- Design, planned and deliver adventure learning programs in accordance to clients’ learning needs.
- Lead and manage a specific unit, department or portfolio, as part of instructor leadership development.

**Duties and Responsibilities (Full time)**:

- Design, plan and deliver programmes in accordance to procedures with clients’ safety and learning as priority.
- Prepare and conduct youth camps
- Guide youths and help them build character through activities
- Impart skills and knowledge, making a difference in their lives
- Facilitate fun and learning within the group
- Coordinate logístical needs with the rest of the team to ensure smooth running of programmes.
- Supervisory functions such as management of associate instructors and service worker
- Review associate instructors promotion
- Able to commit for overnight camps
- Leadership responsibilities in respective portfolios beyond primary role of an Instructor
- Meeting clients to identify learning needs and present propose programmes.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks

**Duties and Responsibilities (Part time)**:

- Prepare and conduct activities (High elements, Low elements, Team building activities, Water activities) for youth camps
- Guide youths and help them build character through activities
- Impart skills and knowledge, making a difference in their lives
- Facilitate fun and learning within the group
- Scaffold participants’ learning
- Able to commit for overnight camps
- Any other ad-hoc tasks

**Experience**:

- Preferably at least 1 year experience in an adventure organisation

**Skills/ Knowledge**:

- Passion towards outdoor learning
- Ability to take pressure and work within tight deadlines
- Meticulous and detailed
- Positive attitude
- Independent with ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Outgoing personality and enjoy working with people
- Motivated and energized
- Can interact well with kids

**Other information**:

- Salary: Based on last drawn and prior working experience
- Strong support for personal enrichment and development
- Working days/hours: Able to commit on weekends where they are programmes
