**Job Title**:Senior Associate Analyst

**Location**:Bangalore

**Business & Team**:
The Disputes Operations Team directly manages all disputes including channel disputes wherein team Assess and resolve the customer disputes raised on ATM Short pay, IDM, and BPAY across BWA and CBA.

**Impact & contribution**:

- As a Senior Associate Analyst, you will be a self-starter who is passionate about delivering world class customer service, building strong relationships with the stakeholders and you will possess the following attributes:

- A Can-do attitude, with the ability to work toward measures that deliver to customer experience and service quality
- Demonstrating the ability to grasp concepts in a fast-changing environment
- Previous Disputes investigation experience or a sound service background

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Analyse disputed card transaction for both fraud and non-fraud transaction by investigating, exploring opportunities to identify recovery and mitigate losses and documenting and resolving claims.
- Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to assist with investigation on root cause of losses
- Work with clients to collect and document information that may be used to resolving outstanding disputes
- Ensuring that all disputes cases are handled in accordance with the regulatory Requirement

**Essential Skills**:

- Minimum 4 - 6 Years’ experience on Disputes process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills, support by collaboration mindset and possess a service-based mindset with strong customer focus.
- Proven analytical, and problem-solving skills alongside deriving solutions for customers.
- Highly motivated, result driven, team and customer focused
- Detail Oriented - Exercise extreme attention to details; is thorough, accurate, organized, and productive and seeks to understand both cause and effect of a situation.
- Good Judgement - The exercise of Critical thinking, analysing and assessing and taking ownership of outcome.

**Education Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Business Management & Computer Application
