**Working Location**: Bishan

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
Report directly to Director, manage day to day operations and all admin duties in a timely manner
Manage budgets, maintain statistical and financial records (ie expenditures)
Handle admin duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory and sales reporting
Advise Director of deadline for submissions in a timely manner
Audit inventory at all outlets in keeping with stock balance for consumables and retail
Manage daily tasks including staff coordination, petty cash handling and task management
Maintain structure of company accounts, including P&L
Coordinate monthly and yearly financial accounts in regional offices

**Requirements**:
At least 2 years of experience handling full set of accounts
Proficient in MS Office and other accounting softwares is an advantage
Prior experience handling subsidiary accounts is an advantage
