**Role Summary**:
**Functions**:
1. Provide insights-based counsel on marketing communications and branding efforts; this includes implementing and managing digital marketing on behalf of AntzWorkz and supporting clients’ marketing efforts where relevant

2. Possess good working knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing and related measurement tools to help drive marketing efficiency

3. Innovate while being thoroughly grounded in analytical thinking and research technique to drive new business focus and/or value add for clients

4. Challenge the status-quo when necessary to drive innovation and excellence in the business

5. Produce outstanding results in all aspects of market research including problem definition, design, vendor and client management, data collection, data analysis, report writing and presentations

6. Strong written communication and design skills to produce strategic analyses and/or content based on evidence, of which it would be presented in an engaging and easy to understand format

7. Ability to create “magic” with Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must - having working knowledge of Adobe, SPSS or equivalent statistical analysis software would be great too

8. Have the resourcefulness to manage multiple activities simultaneously and the confidence to manage large-scope projects
