Human Resources Department

Essential Job Functions:

- Pre-screening resumes for hiring managers and Recruiters.
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
- Reporting of recruitment progress and metrics for Recruiters, hiring managers
- Implement and improve new hire onboarding processes and monitor their progress to ensure a seamless experience.
- Provides admin support on pre-boarding exercise by conducting background check, assisting new hires with paperwork completion, data entry, and filing.
- Assists with employment advertising campaigns.
- Work with external resources, including temporary agencies, search firms and internal sourcing tools.
- Address queries and requests from new hires.
