**Responsibilities**:

- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Guide and support curriculum developers in the design and development of innovative and customised programmes to ensure that they meet stipulated requirements, including achievement of desired learning outcomes
- Drive the delivery of programmes in partnership with Garden Genesis’ business associates, which include preschool operators, specialist enrichment centres and other learning organisations
- Conduct training, workshops and webinars for educators and parents
- Coordinate research collaboration across projects with institution of higher learning to strengthen the Company’s childhood education programmes and approaches
- Review strategies, approaches and work processes for curriculum design, development and implementation
- Collaborate, coordinate and liaise with internal team and external brand partners to bring partnership campaigns efficiently and effectively
- Occasional writing and proofreading creative copy for marketing materials, social media content and website content
- Support and facilitate product launch and business target achievement

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent
- Possess good knowledge of Multiple Intelligence Theory
- Is familiar with Singapore’s Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) Framework and has experience developing and implementing curricula in ECE
- Taught and performed leadership roles in ECE centres for at least 5 years.
- Possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Good at project management and communication with strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
