**Position Summary**

We are looking for experienced and talented execution quant traders to join our in-house quantitative research and execution team. The team is responsible for developing new algorithmic execution strategies and improving the performance of existing ones through their research and in-depth understanding of market microstructures and dynamics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of different cryptocurrency exchanges worldwide, including their connectivity and technical characteristics.
- Perform research to identify and generate execution alpha.
- Build robust mathematical models to test different market behaviors and impacts.
- Work with quant developers to implement high performance, low latency execution strategies.
- Design and implement a comprehensive back testing framework for the strategies.
- Build metrics to measure execution performance and perform post trade analysis.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrencies space to identify new opportunities and trends that can impact our strategies.
- Implement effective risk management techniques to mitigate potential losses, including monitoring positions, assessing market impact, and optimizing execution parameters.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers, developers, and other teams to refine our strategies and enhance our execution capabilities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, etc.). Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) working as an execution quant trader in cryptocurrency markets or a similar role in a systematic trading environment.
- Solid understanding of trading instruments, trading strategies, order execution, and cryptocurrency market dynamics.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Experienced in developing and implementing low latency trading algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills and able to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with exchange APIs, market data feeds, and order book analysis.
- Risk management expertise, with the ability to assess and mitigate trading risks is a plus.
- Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and have a proactive attitude.
