**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibility
- Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.
- Staff supervision and mentoring
- Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders.
- Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrolment targets
- Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training.
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as Finance, GIRO Report, Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma and above / WSQ Student-Care Certified / Possessing Qualifications in the field of community / social services is an advantage)
- Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and/or Mandarin
- At least 2 years of experience working with children. Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage.
