**About the Role**

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving real-world problems. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver the next generation of software solutions for the security industry. As part of a fast-moving SME, you’ll work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. From concept to launch—and every iteration in between—you’ll have a direct impact on how we build, scale, and evolve products that protect people, assets, and operations in critical environments

**Your Mission**
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that supports both our customers' needs and business growth.
- Lead market and user research specific to the security industry—think access control, video surveillance, and incident response systems.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to gather and prioritize requirements that are practical, impactful, and scalable.
- Own the full product lifecycle—from idea to deployment—ensuring timely, high-quality releases that meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to manage development timelines, clarify technical needs, and solve roadblocks early.
- Monitor product performance using key success metrics and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, and user education, especially for complex or regulated solutions.
- Serve as the internal champion and external voice of the product—helping build trust and credibility with both users and partners.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related).
- Advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the security or technology space.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes—especially Agile/Scrum.
- Experience managing products for regulated, mission-critical, or B2B environments is highly valued.
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves—you’re a strategic thinker who also gets things done.
- Clear communicator with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving SME environment where priorities evolve and every contribution counts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
