As the Head of Finance Transformation, you will lead our efforts to revolutionize financial processes for our clients by leveraging technology-driven solutions. **Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall strategy for finance transformation, aligning with the company's vision and objectives. Lead the identification of opportunities for clients to optimize financial processes through technology integration.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their unique financial challenges and opportunities. Provide thought leadership in crafting tailored finance transformation roadmaps that align with their business goals.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design innovative financial solutions, leveraging technologies such as automation, AI, data analytics, and cloud computing. Ensure solutions meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of finance transformation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and quality assurance.
- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new financial processes and technologies. Provide guidance to clients in navigating organizational and cultural changes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and strategy, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of finance transformation initiatives.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in finance and technology. Share insights and expertise through thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and industry conferences.
- Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals and consultants, fostering their growth, skills development, and expertise in finance transformation.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish strong, long-lasting client relationships by demonstrating expertise, delivering value, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transformation journey.
- Financial Insights: Leverage data analytics to provide clients with actionable financial insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10 years) in large finance transformation, finance implementation or related roles, ideally within a technology consulting firm.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, systems, and technologies, with a focus on transformation through automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in Human Capital Transformation/Implemented related will be a plus point
- Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Proven project management experience, including managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong change management skills, with the ability to navigate organizational shifts and drive cultural change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- Familiarity with financial software, ERPs, data visualization tools, and cloud-based solutions.
