**Legal Executive (Litigation) (5 Days, Town Area)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist lawyers in drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, affidavits,
- pleadings, and correspondence.
- File and manage court documents through eLitigation and other portals.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital legal files in compliance with firm protocols.
- Monitor litigation deadlines and maintain case calendars, timelines, and hearing schedules.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, court personnel, and external counsel where is necessary.
- Prepare bundles for court hearings and meetings, and support lawyers during trial
- preparation.Provide general administrative assistance including travel or meeting arrangements as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
- At least **2-4 years**of experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, or legal assistant, preferably in a litigation practice.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s legal procedures, court systems, and eLitigation platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanour and a client service mindset.
