Based in Singapore and reporting into the Senior Director, People & Culture, the incumbent will operationalize the strategic intent of SgPA through development and implementation of relevant systems, technology enabled platforms and digital learning delivery.

**What You’ll Do**
- You will ensure SF-Learming Management System is effective and adopted across the organisation and is continuously reviewed to enhance learning experience.
- You will ensure learning technology safekeep the learning assets, methods and tools and augment SPPL’s knowledge management efforts.
- You will assure an effective payment system that address learning transactions extended outside SPPL.
- You will implement and support the Academy’s legal, corporate services and governance.
- You will support the Academy’s budgeting process, monitoring and analysis, and ensure prompt reporting of the budget and financials at various reporting platforms.
- You will assure an operating roadmap that supports the Academy’s learning infrastructure and therefore detailed short and long term workplans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for SgPA are relevant and articulated to all stakeholders.
- You will ensure audit, governance and procurement are compliant.
- You will ensure learning management systems and learning solutions are continuously improved and aligned with the organisation’s drive towards digital innovation.
- You will assure a sound knowledge management system in place, balancing IP protection with accessibility by all users.
- You will serve as performance coach and assure a process on knowledge transfers happens among SgPA teams.
You will undertake special projects to support the Academy’s deliverables.
**Who You Are**
- You will need a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Education or related field.
- You should be experienced in pedagogical and andragogic programme management.
- A Systems Thinking practitioner will be added advantage.
- You will need 10 years working experience, with the last 5 years in senior capacity preferably within an MNC environment.
You would have demonstrated the ability in operationalising business strategies - understands business financials, identifies risks/issues, assesses implications, formulates recommendations that reflect sound thought processes.
- You should have experience in hands-on approach in managing multiple projects/programs; able to articulate project direction and co-ordinate execution, toggling between big picture and attention to details.
- You would have demonstrated the ability to adapt and work positively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, harnessing diverse workstreams, cultivating networks and partnerships to deliver results.
- You will need proficient presentation skills to engage stakeholders across various forums.
- You will need a can-do work attitude who works across and beyond boundaries of the role.

Singapore Pools was established by the Government on 23 May 1968 to provide safe and trusted betting to counter illegal gambling.
