**What the role is**
- The Social Support Group (SSP) implements programmes and initiatives, to support lower-income and/or vulnerable individuals and their families.
The Service Delivery Division (SD) under SSP delivers services directly to residents and works with partners to uplift lower-income individuals and families, as well as destitute persons.
As Assistant Director/Manager under Operations Branch (OB) in SD, you will oversee the implementation of various MSF programmes at the Social Service Office (SSO). You will assist the team to support in the expansion of the SSO’s Regional Services functions, in particular, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of Community Link or ComLink. This is a key initiative under the SG Cares Community Networks which aims to provide proactive and integrated help to vulnerable families with young children. Through ComLink, MSF seeks to uplift these families to achieve stability and self-reliance.
You will be involved in developing strategies, workflows, and processes as well as tools and resources that will be used for SSO programmes/ComLink so as to keep the community and stakeholders engaged. You will be responsible for developing strategies to cultivate meaningful volunteer partnerships between MSF and the corporates, social service agencies, volunteer groups and individuals. You will implement and oversee the donor management framework for the procurement and disbursement of funds from corporate donors, as well as recruitment, training and management of volunteers across the SSOs. You will also organise recognition/appreciation events to acknowledge partners and volunteers’ contributions to MSF.
You will develop and oversee the implementation of the Social Service Offices' Business Continuity Plans and support Comms related work to help amplify SSO’s good work to the public.

**What you will be working on**
- You will be responsible for:

- developing engagement strategies, workflows and processes as well as tools and resources that will be used for SSO programmes/ComLink.
- developing strategies to cultivate and sustain meaningful volunteer partnerships between MSF and corporations, foundations, volunteer groups and individuals.
- implementing and overseeing the donor management framework for the procurement and disbursement of funds from corporate donors
- planning/coordinating amongst the SSOs to ensure that the recruitment, training and management of volunteers are implemented smoothly on the ground
- supporting Comms related work to help amplify SSO’s good work to the public.

Training will be provided on the job to equip you with the knowledge and skillset needed to perform your duties.

**What we are looking for**
