Specifically, this role will support our Sales and Lawyer Talent teams. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to create and conduct presentations, generate reports, and provide feedback to executives.
- Supporting the Lawyer Talent team to coordinate in-person and remote lawyer interviews.
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and administrative processes within the office; organize, prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to ensure all administrative work is done competently and within deadlines
- Supporting other members of the Singapore team with correspondence, mail, faxes, invoices, expenses, analytical support, and various projects as they arise, etc.
- Creating and assisting in the execution of internal events and individual celebrations for team-building purposes.
