**Key Responsibilities**
- Assume full responsibility for any existing customer accounts assigned to you.
- Create and manage a list of key personnel from these existing customer accounts to ensure secured business continuity with them.
- Responsible for growing any existing customer accounts assigned to you.
- Find and develop new customer accounts in the targeted market assigned to you.
- Conduct market surveys and identify opportunities and trends in the market.
- Create and manage a project list.
- Prepare for and deliver compelling technical presentations to consultants and owners with our Engineering and Technical Team.
- Communicate all information that you have obtained or created to the management.
- Required to contribute ideas and content to the marketing tools of the company (i.e. not restricted to but include the company’s website, social media accounts, brochures, leaflets, datasheets and spec sheets).
- Manage the day-to-day customer enquiries, questions and issues.
- Attend any site meetings whenever required.
