**What the day will look like**
- Drive and/or new business / expanded business opportunities collaborating with colleagues in Specialty and across Aon to bring the best of Aon to develop solutions for new and existing clients through the provision of technical risk advisory and insurance consulting services
- Responsibility for the delivery of uniformed discipline around Power & Renewables work in progress, new business pipelines and process delivery
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, projects and prospects including the servicing of existing, new and expanded business opportunities, renewals and mid-term amendments
- Delivering best practice though the utilisation of various Aon Systems including, Compliance and Transparency Standards and Protocols, Aon Connect and Renewables' Value Proposition
- Advocating and delivering thought leadership and industry technical expertise to insurers, clients, prospects and colleagues
- Identifying and keeping up to date with Sector trends relative to Power & Renewables clients and prospects
- Supporting claims administration, management and advocacy wherever needed
- Supporting pipeline management and reporting wherever needed
- Ensure that all client services and solutions are in compliance with MAS regulations and Aon Company Policy and Guidelines

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Minimum requirement (BCP, PGI, CommGI) for registration with MAS or such similar qualification acceptable to MAS
- Preference for previous experience in the energy insurance sector and client account management (min 10 years), preferably Downstream Energy Property/Business Interruption Placements
- Demonstrated sales track record, including executive business decision-maker contacts, C-level sales, advanced negotiation, deal structuring, and sales contract experience
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders
- Self-disciplined, organized, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise
