Job Overview
Principal Responsibility Areas
1. To provide excellent customer service to our members and guests
2. To deal with membership and sales enquiries.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Build a good rapport and relationship with all our members and guests
- Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure that all financial transactions are completed systematically
- To actively promote and sell the various classes we have available
- Maintain and update the membership database system
- Responsible for the safety and enjoyment of our customers whilst using the club facilities
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by The Swaga Gym Management
**Qualifications**:
- Have a friendly and professional approach
- First Aid Qualification desirable but not essential
- IT Skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Outgoing and confident with people of all ages
- Able to work shifts
- Must be able to speak and write English effectively
- Minimum qualification is GCE ‘O’ Level
Opening Hours
The SWAGA Gym is open from Monday - Sunday, 9am - 9pm.
