**Responsibilities**

Support Shipping Documentation
- Generate documents such as release form, B/L, Booking Confirmation, invoicing
- Support shipping activities such as coordinating with shipping lines
- Manage customer queries
- Coordinating with Depot on collection and returns

Container Management
- Manage and control flow of containers
- Administer the return of containers (if needed)
- Generate permits for import/export
- Any other task assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably with a GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
- Min 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience
- Good verbal and written communications
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
