Reports to: Senior HR Executive
Position available: One
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification
Gross Monthly Salary Range (SGD): $2200 -$3000
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Process timesheets for all NTS workers
- Manage all NTS workers’ leave, medical claim, taxi claim and training related records
- Handle full cycle of work pass matters
- Update internal databases with new employees’ information
- Coordinate with hiring manager on recruitment activities
- Arrange workers for weekly swab test (RRT)
- Handle all incoming letters; invoices verification etc
- Ensure proper documentations (P files, training records, etc)
- Prepare employment contracts, certification letter and miscellaneous HR related correspondences
- Monitor due date for confirmation, retirement, medical check-up, etc
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Min GCE ‘N’ Level, ITE or diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Preferably with minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Organized, teamwork and able to multi-task with good working attitude
- High level of self-initiative
- Willing to work in Jurong area
- Immediate starter or can start work within short notice
