**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily operational activities of Warehouse dept (e.g. approving of shift schedule for warehouse or packing plant plan submitted by supervisor).
- Department cost saving monitoring.
- Trouble shooting of Warehouse process and initiate and recommend for process improvement activities.
- Investigate, identify and implement corrective actions to recurrent deviations from process norm.
- Co-ordinate with Maintenance department to plan and ensure proper implementation of plant maintenance activities & major equipment calibration.
- Re-verify plant integrity after maintenance of equipment/s.
- Manage and liaise with internal and external contractors.
- Prepare a monthly summary of all activities in the Plant (including in-house contractor cost).
- Issue and approve permits to work systems.
- Perform Plant safety inspection to ensure the safety in all Warehouse operations.
- Conduct training to operational staff as per department's training program.
- Ensure department operations comply to NEA, AVA and Safety regulation.
- Maintain ISO9001, ISO14001, FSSC22000 and HACCP Management systems.
- Ensure that all risk assessment in the workplace is established, implemented, monitored, communicated and documented according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements.
- Any ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by the Department Head.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Process Technology.
- Programming, computer software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Preferably >5 years working experience in a **process manufacturing industry.**
