**Your Community**

You will be a member of the Safety & Integrity Team. You will be working closely with your lead, Head of Policy and Partnerships, and liaising with various cross-functional teams.

**Your Purpose**

Your role as Policy Analyst will focus on supporting safety policies and strategies with research, analysis, and coordination of stakeholders and materials. You will be part of the founding team of architects building Aaqua's policy structure.

**Your Focus**

Your contribution will include:

- Conducting research and analysis on evidence-based best practices to ensure safety on Aaqua
- Analysing existing policies and procedures to identify improvements
- Driving projects from conceptualisation to completion while achieving stakeholder alignment
- Creating and contributing to internal and external policy education materials
- Supporting overall policy development and enforcement

**Your knowledge**:

- Exceptional communication skills and ability to speak and write logically, concisely, creatively, and thoughtfully
- Experience or interest in social media safety issues and their societal impacts
