- Receive incident ticket assigned and update progress and status ticket in Service Management tool
- Analyze and troubleshoot on technical issues related to systems being supported
- Take up service requests on simple system enhancement and reports
- Assist in testing of system changes. Plan and develop test cases and test data. Verify test results.
- Prepare instruction for implementation of changes into Production.
- Compile weekly/monthly statistics on incident tickets and service requests
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by each designated account.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree/Undergraduates
- Must be currently enrolled in a Diploma/Degree program at a college or university
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT & Excel)
- Knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to coordinate several diverse job requirements and projects
- Ability to identify, research problems and resolve user issues
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
