**Job Scopes**:

- Responsible for the monthly and year-end closing for US and Singapore entities including:

- Upload Surf files as per closing deadline, clear blocking checks, submit webforms (if necessary)
- Download intercompany extract to ensure intercompany discrepancies are cleared before final Surf deadline.
- Prepare balance sheet accounts schedule.
- Revenue and payroll entries
- Prepare journal entries with the supporting documents.
- Reconcile event and sponsor P&Ls.
- Update exchange rate and prepare FX hedging.
- Perform bank reconciliation and update cashbook.
- Review AR aging and chasing outstanding balances.
- Assist in providing audit supporting documents, tax computation details and information.
- GST computation.

**Requirements**:

- Full set of Accounting experience
- Experience in Oracle Netsuite will be added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
