**Air Freight Operations**:

- Oversee end-to-end air freight import/export operations, including document handling, customs clearance coordination, and transportation arrangements.
- Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, and customers to ensure timely cargo processing and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and local aviation authority requirements.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively manage any issues or delays.

**Sea Freight Operations**:

- Handle both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, freight terminals, and depots for efficient cargo movement.
- Prepare accurate shipping documents such as Bill of Lading (B/L), invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure adherence to maritime regulations and carrier documentation standards.
- Track shipment milestones and address operational discrepancies swiftly.

**General Operations & Client Coordination**:

- Act as a liaison between overseas agents, suppliers, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and handle complaints or feedback in a professional manner.
- Proactively resolve operational challenges, including documentation errors or transit delays.
- Assist the Accounts Department in verifying supplier invoices and resolving billing issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary paperwork in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

**Experience & Skills**:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore customs procedures and trade documentation.
- Experience handling both air and sea freight operations (import/export, FCL/LCL).
- Proficient in using EDI systems such as CargoWise or similar freight management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage issues independently.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
