**We are looking for Cloud Engineer to join one of the Singapore Government Agency**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide L2 support and system patching
- To support change implementation (includes system patching and upgrades, configuration changes and enhancement etc), and service request
- To support incident management and handle escalation from L1 engineers
- To maintain and update operational documentation if required
- To support problem management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Cloud related studies
- Understanding on IT Operations and Service Management
- Has mínimally 2 years’ experience in supporting cloud infrastructure operations and cloud services in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
- Good to have experience and knowledge working in DevOps and/or SRE environment and with tools such as Gitlab, Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Possess professional certifications in the following areas with at least 2 years of implementation experience in: AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
