Our client is a Japanese Chemical Manufacturer. This role will be responsible for Quality Assurance procedures and workflow.
You will be reporting to the QA Manager/Section Manager or as designated.
【What you will be working on】
- Carries out all laboratory tests and measurements (related to receiving) in accordance with procedure
- Prepares COA and be involved in work activities related to COA
- Handle incoming/outgoing checks in accordance with procedure
- Involved in External Provider documentation management
- Handles ISO Documentation for QA Department related documentation
- Handles incoming/outgoing Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Be involved and assist in training staff when required
- Maintains and checks inventory
- Maintains the general upkeep and cleanliness of the working areas
- Strictly adhere to all EHS/QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities and observe line discipline
- Performs any other tasks as instructed by the QA Manager/Section Manager or designated
- **Requirement**:

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical discipline is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of the ISO system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- ** Working Hour**: 8:30 ~ 17:30
