Singapore BIOSENSORS INTERVENTIONAL TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Summary**
- Responsible on engineering drawing, work instruction and IOQ qualification of tools and equipment.
- Responsible to monitor supplier on the repair/calibration on site work on hand tool and equipment is done correctly.
- Responsible for QC asset and location of all tools and equipment.
- Responsible to support QA engineer work activities on handling daily issues in production line, QA documentation, validation, and process improvement.
- Maintain all IQC and IPQC equipment calibration and range within user specification and in good working condition.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support QA engineer to work on QA activities for production and ensure that it meet the daily target on quality, yield and delivery.
- Ensure compliance of QMS, cGMP and regulatory requirements in manufacturing activities.
- Ensure that calibration and equipment are within calibration range and working condition to produce at right efficiency, cost and good level of quality.
- Review and propose replacement for tools and equipment for calibration accuracy range at borderline cases.
- Support QA engineer to perform equipment/process validation.
- Establish and update process documentation. (WI, form, drawing, and etc.).
- Assist to work on continuous improvement activities in the manufacturing line and follow up with the implementation.
- Involve in hands-on execution of Incoming and In-process inspection operations to update the written procedure against actual practice for any gap having difference and update accordingly.
- Build a teamwork culture with QC inspectors and leader to understand their needs and update the procedure method to increase their productivity.
- Support to operate a process or equipment and conduct basic maintenance as assigned.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 year of work experience in manufacturing.
- Good mechanical or industrial aptitude and knowledge.
- Basic MS office skills and computer skills.
- Possess positive mind set and willingness to learn.
- Ability to speak, read and write English. Able to translate from English to Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking Inspectors on drawings, work instructions and etc.
- Understand calibration certificate and requirement
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes on its documentation requirement and quality system.
- Able to perform ad-hoc/festive season overtime due to manpower shortage
