**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient club activities.
- Support the management team in executing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager and Community Manager to support club events and initiatives.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to support club operations.
- Contribute to revenue growth through effective upselling and membership engagement strategies.
- Assist in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in hospitality management, operations, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
- Former air crew experience is highly valued.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
