**About the Team**
The Enterprise Privacy team protects users on our platform/business by promoting privacy by design; we design architectures that treat user data respectfully, with transparency, and in line with reasonable practices. Data privacy engineering is a new technological territory that hasn't been well defined in our industry; by joining the team, you will have chance to refine the data privacy framework, use advanced privacy technology, and make a big impact on Bytedance and our community.
**Responsibilities**
- As a PPM, you will provide privacy consultancy services to internal and external clients.
- You’ll be the bridge between various teams across countries, working closely with people from Product, Engineering and various Bytedance teams, driving the end-to-end delivery of new products and features to market, inspiring creativity and bring joy to our users around the globe.
- Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery.
- Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams you work closely with, along with the respective Tech and Product leaders.
- Define the way of driving these programs and constantly find ways of improving this process in a data-driven manner. You'll be the owner of the collaboration process and tools.
- Responsible for risk identification, governance, improvement, tracking, and post-evaluation of data protection, to address data protection pain points.
- Establish and promote both process and technical system of business privacy protection, and ensure the risk convergence and privacy protection technology landing in business scenarios.
- Responsible for the implementation of the company's overseas business / domestic business privacy protection program.
- Responsible for promoting the implementation of the company's privacy protection program.

- Track and benchmark the latest domestic and international legal and regulatory requirements, and promote data and privacy gaps in the rectification process continued.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in driving change in technology companies.
- Bachelor degree or above in information security, computer science, law, communication or related majors, or equivalent work experience.
- Privacy protection related experience with solid background knowledge of enterprise security industry and technology related.
- Privacy certifications from bodies such as the IAPP are preferred.
- Familiar with domestic and international laws and regulations, such as cybersecurity law, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.
- Proficiency in PIA/DPIA methodologies, presided over or participated in pbd work is preferred.
- Participated in DPTM(SG), APEC CBPR, GDPR, CCPA, ISO27001, ISO27701 initiatives and related work is preferred.
- Self-driven with good teamwork, communication skills.
- Strong Business acumen.
