To conduct compliance check for functions involving Post-IA, Placement, Retention and offload checks to ensure that all procedures are complied
- To conduct historical data and compliance check
- To main and submit Quality Assurance Reports (Error Analysis/Action Plan/ICMS and CHI Syntax and etc)
- Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Involved in Committee Meetings with external partners, comfortable in taking minutes.
- To review established work procedures (workflow) with the aim to improve overall processes.
- Assist in system updating of clients records and registration.
- Involved in ad-hoc projects/task assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Warm engaging personality with at least 3 years of working experience.
- Applicant must be at least a Diploma/equivalent holder in any principle
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong and demonstrable attention to detail with a methodical approach to task completion
- Confident in audit and quality assurance practices
- Experience in data security processes and policies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Data security/Data protection
- Strong process orientation: must be logical and able to follow processes and adapt to changes
- Experience of working in a similar capacity.
