Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of internal and external documents, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Verify and organize incoming and outgoing documentations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment, following standard operating procedures and maintaining relevant records.
  • Prepare and manage shipment documentation, as well as perform administrative duties associated with the role.
  • Upload Statistical Process Capability (SPC) reports to customer servers and maintain In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) reports.
  • Maintain inspection criteria for incoming, in-process, and final products.
  • Analyze internal defects and support QA/QC activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in any field; quality management, engineering, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
