**About you**:

- You work well with software delivery and engineering teams
- You are able to understand functional objectives of requirements and create test plans to validate correctness and accuracy of software deliverables
- You have a keen attention to details
- You are curious and dare to challenge existing processes for a better way or method
- You are interested in learning and growing to be a Test Automation Engineer who will help to automate the testing process in a DevOps environment

**What you will be doing**:

- Analyse users’ stories and functional requirements for completeness and correctness to define test scope and scenarios
- Design and implement testing plans
- Perform test plan and track testing defects and inconsistencies
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the engineering and delivery team
- Monitor efforts to defect resolution and drive test plans to closure

**What you possess**:

- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience working in a Fintech or Start-Up is advantageous
- Minimally 2-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritisation skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build / develop working relationships
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail
- Good to have experience in working with test automation frameworks for web / mobile app / API
