As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in validating the quality and functionality of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems through well-structured and comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that the CLM Target Operating Model meets user requirements and operates effectively in real-world scenarios.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive UAT plans for the CLM Target Operating Model
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather testing requirements and design test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, coordinating retesting efforts
- Conduct hands-on UAT to ensure thorough coverage and quality within project timelines
- Communicate UAT progress, findings, and outcomes clearly to project stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- 1st experience in UAT within financial services, preferably in private banking or wealth management
- Strong knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management processes and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and JIRA
