**SENIOR LEGAL ADVISOR**

The key Duties and Responsibilities of the position are:

- Providing legal advice and support to business and corporate functions in relation to a wide range of activities connected to CRIF commercial operations.
- Advising and providing operational guidance to business functions in relation to internal policies and procedures concerning legal risk management of the business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, brokerage and partnership agreements for CRIF’s business in line with company standards and other legal documents of the company, safeguarding full compliance of business operations with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with CRIF’s Finance, and other cross-functional teams on internal approvals to ensure sales transactions are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes
- Educate the business teams on contractual, regulatory and compliance issues affecting the sales cycle
- Create leverage by identifying scalable ways to deliver legal services and drive business results: if you see a better way of doing something, implement it
- Assist with legal department projects to help scale the delivery of legal services
- Help with the team’s legal pro bono efforts

Qualifications:

- Education and professional qualifications to practice as a lawyer in an APAC jurisdiction
- 3+ years' PQE of related legal experience in commercial and technology transactions.
- Solid knowledge of ICT law and considerable experience in all forms of contracts and commercial agreements.
- Experience working with technology or software companies, or working with clients in such industries
- A proven understanding of general commercial contracting and intellectual property law principles
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with cogency and empathy
- Familiarity with government contracts, Singapore data protection law and other privacy regimes a plus
- Mandarin speaking and Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of various teams
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Impeccable integrity, good judgement, and well-honed analytical skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple contemporaneous projects
