**Key Responsibilities**
- **Site Supervision**: Oversee daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- **Project Planning**: Collaborate with project managers and consultants on schedules, materials, and manpower planning.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct daily briefings and uphold performance standards.
- **Safety Management**: Enforce compliance with WSH regulations and internal safety policies. Conduct inspections and risk assessments.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor workmanship to meet BCA, PUB, LTA, or project-specific standards.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and authorities to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
- **Progress Reporting**: Maintain detailed site documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
- **Cost Monitoring**: Track site expenses, control material wastage, and assist in procurement and budgeting.
- **Handover Management**: Ensure project deliverables are tested and commissioned before handover.

**Job Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in site management, preferably in construction, marine, or industrial projects in Singapore
- **Certifications**:

- **Mandatory**: BCSS / Supervisory Safety Course (MOM recognized)
- **Preferred**: WSHO, Lifting Supervisor, Confined Space Supervisor
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiar with Singapore’s regulatory frameworks (BCA, MOM, SCDF)
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and site management tools

**Working Conditions**
- 5.5/6-day work week (Mon-Sat), site-based
- May require overtime or night shifts based on project demands
- Willingness to be deployed at various sites in Singapore

**Remuneration**
- **Salary Range**: $3,500 - $6,000 (based on experience)
- **Other Benefits**: AWS, performance bonuses, transport allowance, medical benefits
