E-commerce Management Executive

We are recruiting 1x E-Commerce Management Executive at our headquarters at 4008 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 #02-19 Singapore 569625.
Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays: 9am to 6pm
Expected Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,000 monthly.
**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent
You will work alongside the Marketing and Operations Team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Product Listings management on all channels, include the content, product Main photos and product copywriting. Make sure the product listing quality is consistent across all channels. Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels.
- Take charge of signing company up for marketplaces campaigns. Strictly follow company discount and pricing guidelines
- Create and Manage sponsored ads in marketplaces and maintain healthy ROIs across all ads activities
- Prepare promotional and marketing materials for product launch newsletters
- Analytical Reporting to managers, including keywords search, competitors landscape, list rankings etc
- Maintain healthy stock level and update product description among all online channels
- Prepare packing list daily for allocated sales channels to ensure smooth delivery
- Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
**Requirements**:
- Diploma Holder/Poly Graduates/University Undergraduates
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience with E-Commerce related companies
Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Commercially savvy, possess strong interpersonal skills and a good learning attitude.
- Self-motivated, attention to detail
