As the Director (eSports), you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our eSports department. Your extensive experience and expertise in the eSports industry will be instrumental in shaping our strategic direction, planning and executing high-profile TPS eSports events, and establishing our brand as a prominent player in the eSports space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute a comprehensive eSports strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives, to establish our organization as a leader in the industry.
- Develop and oversee the planning and execution of large-scale TPS eSports events, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional player experiences, and maximum audience engagement.
- Drive the optimization of in-game eSports functions and tools, working closely with the development team to enhance gameplay experiences and create a competitive environment.
- Champion the creation and production of top-tier eSports content, leveraging innovative approaches, such as live streams, videos, and social media campaigns, to captivate and expand our gaming community.
- Establish and lead the eSports department, attracting and managing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, and providing mentorship to drive individual and collective growth.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborate with sponsors to develop and execute impactful eSports marketing and promotion plans that elevate our brand visibility and generate substantial revenue.
- Continuously analyze eSports data, market trends, and player feedback to refine strategies, identify new opportunities, and maintain our competitive edge.
- Serve as a thought leader in the eSports industry, actively participating in industry events, speaking engagements, and networking activities to enhance our organization's reputation and influence.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the eSports industry, with a proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale eSports events at a senior level.
- Extensive knowledge of FPS/TPS gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community, its preferences, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive innovation, and deliver exceptional results.
- Strong project management acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of eSports trends, technologies, and platforms, keeping abreast of industry developments and best practices.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
