Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

1. Responsible for the design and final quality control of regions and levels in an open-world game.

2. Design gameplay prototypes and 3D layouts, establishing directions for subsequent development.

3. Collaborate closely with team members to create immersive, thematic, and convincing open-world regions and levels.

4. Propose and contribute creative ideas related to open-world design.

5. Assist the project manager in developing plans and milestones for development and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

6. Follow up on user research and player feedback to develop optimization and iteration plans.

**Job Requirements**

1. 8+ years of game design experience, with responsibility for level design on at least three released games.

3. Deep understanding of open-world games, including their characteristics and design methodologies.

4. Strong communication skills, team collaboration abilities, creativity, and resilience under pressure.

5. Passionate about gaming with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
