**Your new job**:Content Creator | Innovative Social Storytelling Agency | Photography | Videography**:
This is a **growth role** - dedicated only to between at least 3 accounts.
- Work with the team to come up with ideas for **videos and photos for clients**.
- Shoot videos and photos on location, including **operating the camera**, setting up lighting, and recording audio.
- Help to shape the **visual storyline** of content touchpoints.
- Work as a camera operator on extended shoots with our extended crew.
- Plan and manage the technical aspects of shoots, such as visual ideation, equipment logistics, and crewing.
- **Edit a variety of content**, from branded content to long-form videos.

**What we would like you to bring**:
As the new **Content Creator | Innovative Social Storytelling Agency | Photography | Videography, **we need someone who:

- Has at least 1 year of experience working in video production and is passionate about storytelling.
- Is proficient in video editing and motion graphics, and has experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, a plus)
- Has a strong understanding of camera operation and has a good visual sense and style.
- Is a clear and organized communicator with great attention to detail.
- Is able to manage smaller scale shoots on their own.
- Is a creative team player who is compassionate but also has strong instincts.
- Is able to solve problems on the fly and multitask meticulously with a positive attitude.
