Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process customer sales orders and ensure all order details are correctly entered into the system.
- Coordinate with the sales team and branch offices to schedule deliveries based on stock availability and customer requirements.
- Liaise with branches and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and promptly resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Communicate with customers to provide timely updates on order status, delivery arrangements, and respond to general enquiries.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer address book to ensure all contact information is accurate.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Logistics and Finance to support smooth delivery processes and timely invoicing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination.
- Familiarity with coordinating deliveries or handling logistics-related matters.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
