**1. **Responsibility**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive adoption of our POS solutions within the F&B industry across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals across multiple countries, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the F&B industry across APAC, including restaurant owners, franchisees, and industry partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive product enhancements, go-to-market strategies, and customer satisfaction tailored to regional nuances.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion across APAC.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales projections, and track performance metrics to drive accountability and ensure targets are met across diverse markets and cultures. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences across APAC to promote our POS solutions and build brand awareness.

**2. **Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the F&B technology sector, with a focus on POS solutions, preferably across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in diverse cultural and business environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team across multiple countries and cultures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners across APAC.
- Deep understanding of the F&B industry across the Asia-Pacific region, including regional market trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities across APAC.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Asia-Pacific region as needed.
