Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
**PMO, IT Strategy & Planning**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the CIO and the HODs in developing IT strategies and the annual IT work planning to identify IT opportunities
- Develop and maintain policies and standards for ICT delivery and ensure compliance by the project teams
- Create IT strategies and plans; facilitate and assist in establishing ICT workplans for business users
- Drive development and maintenance of policies, standards, processes and guidelines for ICT delivery
- Manage ICT portfolios and overall Information Technology Division budgeting
- Facilitate and assist in management reporting; facilitate and assist in the change management process for projects
- Drive the development and implementation of engagement activities for ICT Tools and Services

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, writing skills, strong analytical skills
- Innovative mindset and able to challenge assumptions
- Performance-driven, full of enthusiasm, capable of working independently, have a high level of initiative and integrity
- Good understanding of, or prior experience in, IT project portfolio management, IT governance and/or IT financial management-
