**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**:Monitor production processes to ensure that products are produced according to specifications, comply with regulatory standards, and maintain high-quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and resolve process-related issues, ensuring mínimal downtime and maintaining production schedules.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**:Identify and implement sustainable practices in the manufacturing process, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and greener chemical alternatives.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices (e.g., GMP, ISO).
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:Work closely with the quality assurance, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:At least 1-2 years of experience in a chemical engineering role, preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.
- **Skills**:Strong understanding of chemical processes and formulation techniques in the cosmetic/skincare industry.
Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and process optimization.
Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards (GMP, FDA, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
- **Desirable**:Experience with sustainability practices in manufacturing, knowledge of new trends and innovations in cosmetics/skincare formulations.
