**Our client is seeking a Assistant Sales Manager, Air Freight to join their team**:
**What you'll be doing?**:

- **Drive sales growth**:Handle existing customers and identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and sales visits.
- **Deliver compelling pitches**:Craft and present effective sales pitches to potential customers, consistently achieving sales targets.
- **Negotiate contracts**:Participate in price negotiations and contract discussions, offering competitive solutions tailored to client needs.
- **Manage client relationships**:Prepare air freight quotations, follow up on shipments, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- **Collaborate across teams**:Work closely with internal departments to fulfill client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Develop innovative solutions**:Use creative thinking to manage risks and ensure smooth recovery from any service disruptions.

**Who are they looking for?**:

- **Industry experience**:Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in air freight, particularly in the freight forwarding industry.
- **Sales orientation**:You're committed, proactive, and self-motivated with a pleasant personality and strong sales skills.
- **Educational background**:You hold a minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
