The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- Work closely with teams (e.g. Operations, Legal, Regulatory) to develop internal workflows and escalations protocols
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute meaningful initiatives to safeguard brand rights
- Build and drive brand protection for Southeast Asia and other emerging markets
- Engage with internal and external senior stakeholders to drive key agenda and initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
- 1 to 3 years of working experience in management consulting, or e-commerce industry
- Able to form actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytic skills
- Able to organise large amounts of information and data to solve problems
- Able to work proactively and independently
- Able to manage multiple projects and negotiate with stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including presentation, reporting, and consulting
- Experience in client relationships with C-Suites and Senior level stakeholders
- Able to thrive and lead in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Keen interest in the e-commerce industry
