**Roles & Responsibilities**

This role would be a first point of contact for cutomers about related product quality issues. Responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards, customer's satisfaction and cost effective.
- Build strong work relationships with key customer and in-house stakeholders to ensure complete and transparent communication channels and support.
- Investigate reports of defective, damanaged or malfunctioning parts, assemblies to determine nature and scope of problem that the customer faces
- Perform root cause analysis, lead and implement quality assuarance processes and initiatives.
- Examine, measure, inspect and/or test defective part for conformance to engineering design drawings, blueprints specifications, etc.
- Promote quality awareness and work instructions for cross functional teams.
- Organise and conduct internal audit to ensure compliance of processes and procedures
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide training on quality issues and business processes.
- Monitor and report KPIs and other key statistical points for strategic planning and ensurance of quality control.

Pre-requisite
- Min diploma/degree in engineering, logistics or supply chain
- Min 3 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience in wire hareness, cable assembly or electrical components industry is an added advantage.
- Experience in the role of quality engineering of business process management is preferred.
- Knowlegde of ISO 90001 quality management is required
- Systematic, proactive and meticulous in approach is desirable qualities for this role.
